i_h8_blades asked: I am planning on travelling around the world next year (UK -> USA -> Cook Islands -> New Zealand -> Australia -> Bali -> Athens).
I have looked into RTW tickets, and buying flights individually as you go around, as it gives you more flexibility, and you don’t have to pay for it all up front.
I have heard that it can also be cheaper that way if you get last minute flights etc. but does anyone have any experience of it, and whether it costs less/more (and how much more)? Can you even get cheap last minute flight offers from Australia to Bali etc?

merlin g asked: Both Kobe and that furry guy walked. Kobe did it twice going to the hole and the furry guy actually took 4 steps on a breakaway. The Furry guy one was so obvious my 8yo called it. She then went and counted four steps on the replay twice. I let her do it because I like to reinforce math skills and as it turned out she was right.

ambl311 asked: Her company makes her travel last minute every month (last minute = 2-3 days notice). It is putting a hardship on me. She is in a supervisor role, yet only makes 40K a year. I think it is too little.
1. We live in Denver, the average 3 bedroom home is over 200K.
2. Hardship - Our daycare is right next to my wifes job, but clear accross town to mine.
3. Her job is starting to affect my job.
4. She is in the housing industry.
5. When she travels, it is to train people, give presentations in front of groups, etc.
6. Relax, not affecting the marriage.

Dave S asked: I have to travel from seattle to st louis early next week. I am not used to air travel. Prices seem so much higher than if I could purchase a few weeks in advance. Is there a good way to find cheap tickets on such short notice? Thanks

capegirl50 asked: I am trying to book a trip last minute to Paris (4-5 days), then
the D-Day Beaches in Normandy (1-2 days) and then 4-5 days
in London. Having breakfast included and maybe a city tour of
Paris and London would be best. Also I would like to spend about $8000 to $9000.Can someone refer me to a good travel agent or a web-site that can get the job done? I have been on Expedia, Last minute travel and the like.

Eric W asked: How would I find the least expensive city pair from Tulsa without searching other cities one at a time? I am not really interested in using “last minute travel” deals.

mel_ortega asked: my travel is originating in okinawa, japan on a space available flight to seattle. so there’s no guarantee that i will make my connecting flight to tx. in the past i’ve always booked ahead of time and made my connecting flight. i’ve always bought nonrefundable tickets so if i didn’t make it there, i would lose the money. i don’t want to risk that again so i was wondering if buying a ticket in seattle to tx once i get there would be cheaper than buying ahead of time?
