it would help if you told us where you were going. but yeah lotion, shampoo, conditioner, tampons, nothing really for your nails just drink plenty of water and make sure to lotion your hands good germ x

It’s only a 5hr flight, if it were 8hrs+ or overnight then you might need to consider things like this.
Basic moisturiser to avoid the skin drying out should be fine along with drinking plenty of bottled water.
