I don’t really care where I go, I just really need to know how to source this out. I have never travelled before, so I don’t know where to go or what is affordable for where, let alone finding a place that can do weddings on short notice. If anyone can help, I would be greatful. Thanks in advance.

  1. How last minute and how detailed of a wedding are you talking about? Vegas might be your best bet.

  2. how last minute, where do you live? vegas, court house

Get on travelocity.com and check out the last minute deals. Find a place you would like to go and you can take it from there. Call hotels and see what kind of wedding services they have or call the parks director to see about getting a permit for a beach wedding. You may have better luck just calling a travel agent and explaining your dilema.

  4. when we planned our destination wedding vegas was the easiest. if you look online at the hotels most of them have chapels and wedding packages and coordinators. all you have to do is call and basically book your wedding, the coordinators do the rest, we choose the flamingo hotel and our service was beautiful. also its easy to get the marriage license and there is no blood test or waiting period. if you want to go cheaper than the hotel packages there was alot of really neat chapels all over the place, you can look them up on line , the travel agent you book your reservations through should have the information, or you can just go and walk into the chapels. it was simple and made for a great wedding, as i **** planning big affairs. feel free to email me if i can answer any questions.

  5. What about the Keys, Marco Island, Sanibel Island??? You can check the resorts and they should be able to help you.

  6. Dominican Republic is very affortable and has great deals.
I saw a ton of weddings going on at the resort I stayed at.
The Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana, it is absolutely beautiful.
For a wedding they have a coordinator that helps you and you do not have to pay for anything except your plan ticket and for the resort that is all inclusive. Call the hotel and find out what deals they offer.

    Try cheapcaribbean.com too

my suggestion is to talk to a travel agent and see what kind of deals you can get first. Then whereever you go.. call a wedding planner in the area your going to, and see what they can for you. good luck.

where do you live, what type of wedding do you want - chapel, beach, courthouse? How much do you want to spend? How soon? You want to make sure you choose somewhere without long waiting requirements for marriage licenses.
