We have made a split minute decision to visit NYC for the New Year festivities?
wtdymn asked:
We are well travelled and know that most cities of this size have their very own list of do’s and don’ts… Any last minute advice would be great.

if you plan on watching the ball drop, you need to be early to times square, cause it will be extremely packed, Im assuming you already have a hotel?????? Some good advice is that the subway stop at times square (42nd street at Broadway) could close after a certain amount of people assemble in times square, so just make sure you know where you are going, because you could have to get off at the next nearest stop and walk back toward times square, and of course be extra precautious, because it is new year’s in new york city……
